Frequently asked questions and Catering info:

Do I have to order via your online ordering platform?

You are welcome to order the "old fashioned way" and send us an email with your order at catering@delicatusseattle.com  We know that sometimes it's easier to just send us your spreadsheet or simply tell us I need a 25 person Sandwich Platter with some some vegetarian options, either way we would be happy to assist you in making that happen.  

I'm in a jam and really need to have an order placed with less notice?

We understand that S#%t happens and we pride ourselves on going out of our way to fulfill your needs.  Give us a call during business hours at 206.467.1803 and we will do what we can to make it happen.  It may require flexibility in what you are ordering and what bread your sandwich comes on but in either instance we do not sacrifice quality for convenience.

I don't see my desired delivery/pickup date as an option on the calendar? 

We require all orders to be placed by 1pm two business days prior to your desired delivery/pick up date.  If you do not see your date as an option please call us during business hours at 206.467.1803 or email us at catering@delicatusseattle.com and we will do everything we can to make your order happen.

Why so much advanced notice?

Grand Central Bakery requires the same advance notice because they allow their dough enough time to rise naturally.  They only bake what they need and we also only order what we typically require for daily service.  This ensures minimal waste, maximum freshness and exceptional quality.

How much is your delivery charge?

We currently charge a sliding scale based on subtotal. 

0 - $200 = $30 Delivery Fee

$201 - $350 = $50 Delivery Fee

$351 & up = $75 Delivery

What is your delivery area?

We will deliver north to Shoreline.  East to Bellevue/Redmond area.  South to Seatac area.  If you are not able to secure a delivery via our online ordering and you are in the areas described above please give us a call 206.467.1803 and we will work with you to arrange delivery.

 

I have an allergy, can I still order from you?

Absolutely!  You can use the Special Instructions box located under the product description to make us aware of your allergy and make whatever changes you require.  Once we receive your order we will contact you if we require any clarifications.
